OUR PROCESS
STEP 1: WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE
fill out our wedding questionnaire and submit online. This form will help us provide you with a quick and accurate bid for your wedding flowers.
Our form will provide a place to attach a link to your Pinterest! Other items that are helpful include: any color/fabric swatches you have for reference, photos of flowers that you like/dislike, and anything else that might be helpful to convey your vision.
STEP 2: SIGN UP FOR A CONSULTATION
Once we receive your floral questionnaire, we will send you a link to schedule a consultation with one of our team members! If you are unavailable to meet in person or over the phone, we are always happy to begin the floral process over email!
STEP 3: BOOK WITH TFE!
We will present you with a detailed quote for your wedding flowers within TWO WEEKS of your initial consultation. Your date can be secured with a 40% non-refundable deposit and signing of our booking contract. We accept all major credit cards, cash and check. Once you book, we are happy to make 3 LARGE changes to your proposal along the way!
STEP 4: FINAL CONSULTATION
In addition to your initial meeting, we will also get together four to six weeks from the date of your event to wrap up final details. We will send you an email reminder to get this booked!
Your remaining balance is due ONE MONTH before the event.
We are always available via email until the day of your event!
FLORAL PRICING:
The number one question we receive is about pricing.
Pricing is very dependent on the time of year your event is being held,
the types of blooms you're most interested in, and the size of your pieces.
Below are typical pieces and their average price range.
Your specific pricing may vary of course.
Bride: $175-300+
Bridesmaids: $75-115
Boutonnieres: $10-16
Corsages: $20-35
Ceremony Altar Piece: $225+
Arch/Arbor Decor: $500+
Floral Aisle Markers: $50-$100
Small Accent Pieces (Sign in/Cocktail) $25-65
Low Floral Arrangement: $85-150
Tall Floral Arrangement: $225-350+
Bookings FOR EVENTS start at $2,000.00
All events are plus 35% Labor fees that include, Design, Delivery, Set Up, and Strike fees.
Orders falling below the minimum required amounts will be available for pick up from our shop.
DELIVERY:
Orders less than $2,000 = delivery options available for a fee (within service area)
Orders greater than $2,000 = delivery fee waived (within service area)
